What will you do?
We are looking for a People Relations Manager (People Affairs Manager), who wants to join a fast-growing environment.
A reliable and experienced person with strategic vision to support the Organization within the People Team and work closely with the Legal Team of the Company, based in Barcelona.
Mission of the position:
Ensure compliance with labor regulations in the organization, leading the negotiations with labor unions, advising managers, HRBPs and working jointly with the representation of Holaluz:
- Build the relations roadmap for the coming years.
- Review HR Policies and Regulations based on Labor Law requirements liaising with our external lawyers.
- Analyze labor risks and propose solutions/mitigation plans.
- Leading negotiations between the organization, labor unions and employees.
- Review, assess, and evaluate the impact of changes to the collective agreements and employment legislation.
- Maximize the potential of the workforce within the organization, and create and upgrade most resources, practices and policies used by HR and the workforce.
- Work together with legal for the drafting of contract clauses, renewal agreements and any other precise document.
- Partner with HRBPs to monitor and review project progress and timelines and on Employees Relations, as a Person of Trust for employees.

In 3 months we expect you to understand the current reality of our organization and business, identify potential risks and prioritize the first projects we'll set the foundation for 2024 onwards.
You'll be part of the People management team and gather insights from your peers, as well as valuable information from the HRBPs that are local to their areas of expertise.

Requirements:
What do we need?
We have thought very carefully about what we are looking for and what really matters:
- Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience as Labor relations Manager, Labor Advisor or a similar role.
- Proof of leading negotiations in a complex labor relations landscape (retail, logistics, call centers )
- Able to deal in fast growing environments.
- Indepth knowledge of (employment) law and legal regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to present information and bargain with employees and managers from different levels.
- Advanced english level.
