Your role in our team

  • You will join a newly formed Pricing Team as the EMEA Pricing Manager, with a mission to introduce structured pricing processes, to improve and to monitor pricing results in order to strengthen the competitive position of Körber Supply Chain Software.
  • You will help shape our pricing strategy, aligning it with corporate strategy and goals, and between regions. You will define and make sure that we follow best practices in setting and maintaining list prices, in discounting or customerspecific pricing for new deals, and in keeping existing customer pricing up to date. Your work will center around the Europe, Middle East and Asia region, with global pricing project assignments.
    What you will do
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Regional Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management and other areas of the company
  • Define pricing strategy for new products and optimize existing strategies
  • Consolidate, maintain and update price books
  • Design and execute recurring reporting: discounting, resource utilization, contract renewals
  • Review deals, benchmark and make recommendations for appropriate discounting
  • Lead or support the implementation, rollout and usage of IT tools for pricing
  • Lead or contribute to strategic pricing projects

Your profile

  • You have a BS degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, MBA preferred
  • You have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in Pricing, including SaaS (Software as a Service) pricing
  • You have successfully managed projects such as IT tool implementations, strategy projects, or others. Alternatively, you have a minimum of two (2) years' experience in Management Consulting or Pricing Consulting
  • You are fluent in both English and German
  • You are an Excel expert: Pivot Tables and lookups come natural to you, and while you design spreadsheets to be as light as possible, you are comfortable handling complex calculations with large amounts of data
  • You are comfortable working in an environment that is not yet well defined and enjoy being a part of defining it
  • A demonstrated understanding of productled growth would be desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain sectors such as Warehousing, Order Management or related fields will help
