Who's our partner?

We are looking for a Network Engineer to be hired by Aratech and work on a project we are carrying out with a multinational company with 20 years of experience, offices in 40 countries and more than 2,500 employees.

They are dedicated to helping their customers reduce costs, accelerate the adoption of new technologies and provide international scalability.

What would be your responsibilities?

As a part of Cisco's client Architecture team, you will be focused on Cisco's installed-base and support a daily operations related with hardware incident management and change management.

What you will do? You will be dedicated engineer with expertise on Cisco technologies.

Support for configuration and software Change Management on behalf Cisco's client (manage Change Management flow following established processes, request of change approvals, change preparation with different stakeholders, execution of the change including pre/post checks).

Support for Incident Management on behalf of Cisco's client (case handling, troubleshooting, logs collection, assistance to Webex meeting s with Cisco technical support and business units).

Test preparation and execution for new features, configurations, software versions etc. Support for automation activities. Support for equipment renewals, installation, decommission, etc. Close cooperation with Cisco engineering and business critical services team.

Requirements:

What skills are we looking for? Experience with Cisco products. CCNP level of knowledge and experience. Trusted advisor.

What skills do we value? Compute, MDS, ACI.
