Riesgos está buscando un/a Enterprise Wide Risk Management Sr Analyst para nuestras oficinas en Boadilla del Monte.

QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO


Como
Enterprise Wide Risk Management Sr Analyst tu objetivo será participar en la elaboración de perfil de riesgo del Grupo (por unidad y riesgos), con interlocución continua con áreas de riesgos corporativos/unidades del Grupo, evolución de la metodología de RPA y optimización de procesos de cálculo.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

  • Estimación y análisis de resultados del perfil de riesgos (financieros /no financieros).
  • Análisis de la razonabilidad de los resultados obtenidos en los bloques metodologicos de RPA (risk performance, entorno de control, y Top risks)
  • Generación de reporte para la Alta direccion y reguladores
  • Revisión / evolución de los bloques metodológicos de RPA conforme a mejores prácticas de mercado, regulación y mejora interna.
  • Interlocución directa con áreas de riesgos corporativas y funciones locales de RPA para la coordinación/elaboración del perfil de riesgos, y para fomentar cultura de riesgos.
  • Participar en el proceso continuo de mejora/optimización de los procesos y herramientas de sistemas para el cálculo del perfil de riesgos con foco principal en simplificación

EXPERIENCIA

  • Al menos 4 años de experiência en la gestión y análisis de datos (alto volumen), preferentemente con experiência en la gestión de al menos un riesgos financiero/no financiero.

EDUCACIÓN
Licenciatura/Post grado en área económica/financieras o cuantitativa (Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Actuaria)

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS

  • Uso de herramientas ofimáticas: Excel nível avanzado (Macros, tablas dinámicas, etc), Powerbi, Access, SQL, Power point, etc.
  • Manejo de base de datos deseable
  • Nível de inglés avanzado (oral/escrito).
  • Conocimientos de Banca (finanzas, contabilidad, capital, riesgos financieros/ no financieros)
