Buscamos un INGENIERO con vocación comercial para desarrollar nuestro negocio de Proyectos y Servicios entorno a la gestión del ciclo de vida de los productos (PLM).

La sede de la empresa se encuentra en Getafe - Madrid y tenemos oficinas en Barcelona y Bilbao. El puesto de trabajo se desarrollará en la oficina de Madrid.

Responsabilidades principales
Como "TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER" tus principales áreas de responsabilidad serán:

  • Identificar, gestionar y desarrollar cuentas en tu territorio ( España)
  • Aportar tu experiência técnica y comercial para vender nuestros servicios (proyectos implantación PLM. Formación, proyectos I+D con asociaciones, clusters, etc.) a una amplia base de clientes de diferentes sectores y tamaños.
  • Gestionar las Oportunidades y el CRM.
  • Promocionar nuestros servicios
  • Desarrollar tu mercado utilizando la prospección y webinars
  • Comunicar e interactuar con clientes (departamentos técnicos y compras) y así como técnicos de la empresa en la que trabajarás
  • Elaborar junto con el equipo técnico, ofertas técnicocomerciales
  • Negociar con clientes y cerrar servicios y proyectos
  • Consecución de los objetivos de ventas que te sean fijados.
  • Preparar y hacer seguimiento de propuestas comerciales a los clientes potenciales
  • Viajar puntualmente dentro y fuera de España.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Título en ingeniería o experiência asimilable.
  • Experiência en venta consultiva en el entorno B2B industrial.
  • Idiomas: Español nativo y un muy buen nível de comunicación en inglés (B2-C1).

Nível de experiência:

  • Sector: Servicios profesionales alrededor de soluciones PLM, ciclo de vida del producto, industria 4.0., digitalización.
Cualquier experiência en las siguientes áreas será muy valorada:

  • Conocimientos técnicos generales de sistemas PLM /ERP y proceso de implantación de los mismos
  • Experiência en venta de servicios PLM / sistemas y soluciones tecnológicas complejas / industria 4.0, gemelo digital, gestión de activos industriales, etc.
  • Experiência en venta de servicios de ingeniería.
  • Experiência en dirección de proyectos.

Habilidades Personales:

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipos multidisciplinares en entornos empresariales diferentes.
  • Buena capacidad de comunicación, habilidades de negociación e interpersonales.
  • Buenos Conocimientos de TI (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Windows)
  • Buenos conocimientos de Gestión de Redes Sociales (principalmente Linkedin)
  • Actitud positiva ante los desafíos y dificultades.

Otros requisitos:

  • Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente dentro y fuera de España.
