Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for programming activities within assigned studies
  • Programming to produce:
  • Consistency checks/Data checksListings-Summary tablesGraphics-Statistical tests (if background in Statistics)
  • Give input to the data validation plan
  • Support e.g. the biostatistician, the clinical data manager and the safety manager with tables, listings, data transfer and statistical tests
  • Program validation and documentation
  • Support the senior programmer and clinical data manager in SDTM mapping incl. define.
XML and SDTM reviewer's guide

  • Support the senior programmer and biostatistician in ADaM mapping incl. define.
XML and ADaM reviewer's guide

  • Assist the senior programmer in writing system and user manuals
  • Actively contribute to the organization and development of routines to enhance the work at TFS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in computer science, statistics or a related area or equivalent
  • Relevant programming experience (preferably in SAS), ideally in clinical data
  • Good verbal and communication skills
