Buscamos un ingeniero de hardware senior para el equipo de Ingeniería de Bancos de Pruebas en Tres Cantos.
Nuestro equipo está formado actualmente por 19 miembros, en su mayoría ingenieros, y es una de las unidades Core de Thales Alenia Space en España, ya que cada instrumento, equipo y subsistema de nave espacial que es diseñado y fabricado por nuestra compañía necesita finalmente someterse a una exhaustiva validación eléctrica y funcional con nuestros bancos de pruebas.
Esta última etapa, previa a la entrega al cliente, es clave y exige diseños robustos, seguros, automatizados y bien pensados de los EGSE's, SCOE's, maletas, cables y arneses implicados que conectan el banco de pruebas con la unidad bajo prueba (UUT).
Todos los elementos de hardware de un banco de pruebas, proporcionados por nuestros ingenieros de hardware, serán controlados gracias al trabajo de nuestros ingenieros de software en la misma unidad Core.
Este trabajo combinado da como resultado una solución completa y automatizada que puede realizar las pruebas especificadas.Las principales tareas son:
- Ser responsable de las prestaciones técnicas de la solución.
- Diseñar, desarrollar, integrar y validar el banco de pruebas desde el punto de vista del hardware, en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de software para proporcionar la solución completa.
- Dirigir la especificación de los módulos que deben subcontratarse y realizar el seguimiento con el subcontratista.
- Dirigir la adquisición de los elementos del banco de pruebas.
- Dirigir la documentación del banco de pruebas. Incluso con bancos de pruebas internos, se espera un paquete de datos mínimo.
- Dirigir la integración y validación del banco de pruebas, en colaboración con los ingenieros de software de nuestro equipo, antes de la conexión a la UUT.
- Proporcionar apoyo durante las campañas de UUT realizadas con nuestros bancos de pruebas.
- Conocer los diseños propios y los bloques de construcción que forman parte de nuestra herencia en bancos de pruebas. Proponer mejoras y nuevas incorporaciones a nuestra cartera.
- Participar en los hitos y reuniones del proyecto.
- Rendir cuentas no sólo a sus compañeros de equipo de la unidad principal, sino también a los miembros del equipo del proyecto y al jefe del proyecto, que pertenecerán a diferentes disciplinas de ingeniería. El proceso IVVQ es un trabajo de colaboración y nuestra empresa busca jugadores de equipo.
Conocimientos y experiência:
- Licenciatura en ingeniería de telecomunicaciones, ingeniería eléctrica, ingeniería aeroespacial, física u otra disciplina técnica similar.
- Experiência de 5 años en el diseño y desarrollo de bancos de pruebas automatizados.
- Experiência en el diseño y depuración de placas y módulos electrónicos, en una o varias de estas áreas: analógica, digital, radiofrecuencia, potencia, detección óptica.
- Experiência en el uso y aplicación de instrumentación comercial estándar y PCI&PXI (osciloscopios, analizador, medidor, generador, fuentes, adquisición y control de datos,...).
- Experiência en protocolos de control: GPIB, USB, I2C, SPI...
- Experiência en el uso de herramientas de diseño (ej. ORCAD, Altium).
- Deseable Experiência en FPGA's y/o VHDL.
- Deseable Experiência en buses de comunicación: SpaceWire, CAN,
- Deseable Experiência en C++, Labview, y/u otros lenguajes de programación.
- Deseable Experiência en metodologías ágiles: lean, obeya, scrum...
- Imprescindible nível alto de inglés. Francés es un plus.
