  • Centro Nacional de Supercomputación (BSC-CNS) is the leading supercomputing center in Spain. It houses MareNostrum, one of the most powerful supercomputers in Europe, was a founding and hosting member of the former European HPC infrastructure PRACE (Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe), and is now hosting entity for EuroHPC JU, the Joint Undertaking that leads largescale investments and HPC provision in Europe. The mission of BSC is to research, develop and manage information technologies in order to facilitate scientific progress. BSC combines HPC service provision and R&D into both computer and computational science (life, earth and engineering sciences) under one roof, and currently has over 1000 staff from 60 countries.

    Context And Mission
  • Reporting to BSC Innovation Business Development director, the Product Manager Junior will support activities mainly focused building BSC strong and positive relationships with clients and business partners.
    Key Duties
  • Manage and update regularly the Customer Relations Manager
  • Create communicative content for prospective customers
  • Support to manage and coordinate the general visits agenda for the area
  • Help to create and coordinate content to be communicated with researchers for events and general communication of the area
  • Support BSC Business Clients in their relation with BSC, find solutions to any client issues and foster a positive clientcompany relationship
  • Design and implement specialised fair assistance participation

Requirements:

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business & marketing
  • Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience
  • In community management
  • In Digital marketing
  • Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience
  • Familiarity with the Artificial Intelligence and High Performance Computing technologies
  • Competences
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and CRM tools

Conditions

  • The position will be located at BSC within the Directors Department
  • We offer a fulltime contract (37.5h/week), a good working environment, a highly stimulating environment with stateoftheart infrastructure, flexible working hours, extensive training plan, restaurant tickets, private health insurance, support to the relocation procedures
  • Duration: Openended contract due to technical and scientific activities linked to the project and budget duration
  • Holidays: 23 paid vacation days plus 24th and 31st of December per our collective agreement
  • Starting date: 15/07/2024
