The candidate will join the Assets Processes area of PCC, in the Mortgages and Personal Loans Formalization team.
The Mortgages Asset Operations Formalization team mainly includes the following functions:
- Notaries: Service Administration and Monitoring (Controls)
- Mortgages: Funds Settlement, Mortgage Loan Opening
- Mortgage Formalization
- Funds Provisions Management and Control (Notary Control)
- Support to the office network in Mortgage formalization
Job Responsibilities
Main responsibilities will include:
- Formalization of operations according to procedures, loan payment and activation
- Handling office inquiries and incidents at first level
- Escalating exceptional operations
- Notary Control, requiring knowledge of their operation circuit
- Operating in the system, proposal and product setup
- Preparation and formalization of collateral annexes for operations with specific conditions
- Processing Company Mortgage Operations
Experience
- Experience in preparing contractual documentation, especially Mortgages
- Knowledge of asset and risk products, Mortgage documentation review (contracts, necessary documentation for registrations, etc.)
- Understanding of proposal system
- Proficiency in advanced office tools and working with databases
- Knowledge of Mortgage Registry and Inscription procedures
- Experience and/or knowledge of taxation (mortgage aspects)
Educational Background / Personal Profile
- Preferably a Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Law
- Ability to work in multicultural/multidisciplinary environments, teamwork
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and efficient worker
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Customer-oriented (office network)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective at all levels
- Flexible, self-sufficient, innovative with strong organizational skills to take responsibility and achieve agreed objectives
- Advanced Office knowledge
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) will be a plus
