Job Description:
As PMO Manager, you will support the execution & change activities of all
_Global Asset Productivity _Transformation Initiatives by navigating the complexity of intersecting workstreams, multiple stakeholders and complicated data dependencies to effectively capture the value.
Some of the key accountabilities of this role:
Stakeholder engagement, change management & communication
Ensure stakeholders are identified, engaged, and supported effectively through the changes driven by the portfolio.
- Ensure early alignment between regions and delivery leads, creating a clear connection between the value pools, use cases and plans for execution and value capture
- Bring impacted stakeholders on the change journey to ensure the wellexecuted portfolio delivers the desired business outcomes
- Lead on any issue resolution required across the portfolio
- Act as a key point of contact for external collaboration with customers, consultants, and other stakeholders (as appropriate)
- Identify maturity gaps and provide best practice coaching/training across the programme
Play a crucial role in ensuring the potential value is realised by supporting value pool owners, innovation squads and value capture teams in the delivery of their initiatives.
- Help to drive speed and agility in decision making, identifying areas to eliminate duplicative work, remove barriers to progress, and accelerate stronger integration across business units and functions
- Partner with other PMO & Change Leads to ensure local teams are equipped for deployment of use cases and have the necessary support in place to drive value capture
- Provide handson delivery support within specific projects, as required
Ensure the appropriate governance is in place to support the execution and value capture of the portfolio, driving resource optimisation and alignment across all initiatives.
- Collaborate with Brambles' Transformation Office to outline, design and embed consistent programme governance standards and methodology, ensuring a standard of rigour is in place across all initiatives
- Support the requirements gathering and development of the overall programme business case and supporting initiative business cases
- Work with initiative owners on the planning and prioritization of individual initiatives (including scheduling, work plans, resourcing)
- Drive focus and ensure activities are being managed to plan and budget
- Manage dependencies, risk/issues and coordinate corrective actions
Provide project portfolio reporting capabilities, tracking overall performance, value capture and benefits realisation

- Support the development of programme financials and measurement to plan
- Track costs and benefits for individual initiatives
- Work with business stakeholders to track and report on value capture
- Own reporting, communications and updates to ELT sponsors and senior stakeholders
What we look for:
- Project Management certification preferred
- Experience working on largescale, complex, global change/transformation programmes, in either a consulting or PMO capacity
- Experience working across largescale initiatives, bringing different stakeholder groups together to deliver value
- 3 years' experience delivering projects using agile methodologies and/or working closely with a portfolio of agile projects in a PMO capacity
- Experience working within a bimodel delivery environment (i.e. both waterfall and agile methodologies)
- Demonstrable experience coaching others in project management best practices, either formally or informally
- Experience in diverse multicultural, matrix corporate cultures
- Experience with Change Management and cultural change
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problemsolving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with both technical and business stakeholders
