La BU est constituée de plusieurs Business Teams. En relation étroite avec les organisations "Technologie et développements" et les ventes, les BT ont la responsabilité d'assurer une croissance durable et rentable, en fournissant les bons produits, solutions, services, personnalisés ou standards, aux marchés et aux clients. Hautement spécialisées dans des marchés verticaux, avec le soutien total du reste de l'organisation, les business teams fournissent les meilleures solutions (produits ou services) aux clients au meilleur rapport qualité-prix pour Teledyne e2v.
Chaque équipe élabore et exécute son business plan. L'équipe est composée de responsables marketing et de chefs de projets, responsables de la création de solutions. Elle pilote les études de marché, conduit les investissements adéquats pour l'introduction de nouveaux produits/services, la personnalisation des produits ou la création de solutions complètes sur mesure. L'équipe contrôle l'exécution, tant du point de vue commercial (NPI = New Product Introduction) que technique (projets).

Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:
Marketing Stratégique:
- Analyse des marchés adressés avec une segmentation adaptée
- Identification des besoins futurs des clients cibles
- Suivi de la compétition
- Gestion du portefeuille produit
- Planification et pilotage du plan d'introduction des nouveaux produits
- Contribution à la roadmap technologique - Contribution à l'élaboration du plan stratégique en vue de générer de la croissance
- Analyse des besoins du marché à travers des entretiens terrain
Marketing Opérationnel:
- Suivi du Plan d'introduction produit, génération des documentations marketing
- Création et maintenance de la stratégie de prix / valeur
- Analyse de la compétition et de notre positionnement, suivi des évolutions
- Réalisation de documents à destination des équipes internes
- Gestion du portefeuille produit
- Animation de la relation avec les équipes de ventes et les partenaires
- Identification, pré-qualification de prospects dans les marchés ciblés
Le rôle implique des déplacements à l'étranger pour ~15% du temps
Formation:
Pour mener à bien vos missions, vous devrez avoir une formation d'Ingénieur ou équivalent, complétée par un double diplôme en marketing ou par une expérience réussie dans le marketing.

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir:
- Bon niveau d'analyse et de synthèse,
- Aisance de communication
- Excellent niveau d'anglais (niveau C1 minimum)
- Connaissance et intérêt pour les technologies au sens large
- Connaissance en électronique et technologies d'imagerie
- Connaissance des marchés barcode et logistique.
- Expériences dans un milieu industriel high-tech
- Expériences interculturelles
