Wir suchen derzeit Kandidaten für die Position eines Senior Performance Engineer. Dies ist eine großartige Gelegenheit, bei einem weltweit tätigen Unternehmen im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien in der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette der Entwicklung, des Baus, des Betriebs und der Anlagenverwaltung mitzuarbeiten. Die Rolle konzentriert sich auf die Leistung der in Betrieb befindlichen Windenergieanlagen und schlägt mögliche Verbesserungen vor, um die Erzeugung zu maximieren und die Stromgestehungskosten (LCOE) zu senken.
**Zu den Aufgaben gehören**:
- Überwachung der wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren, um den allgemeinen Zustand und die Leistung der Anlagen zu ermitteln
- Unterstützung der regionalen Betriebs
- und Wartungsteams bei festgestellten Fehlern, Zuverlässigkeits
- und Effizienzproblemen
- Validierung und Unterstützung der Verbesserung von Energieberechnungsmethoden
- Verwaltung und Bewertung von Nachrüstungsprojekten
- Entwicklung diagnostischer und prädiktiver Analysemethoden unter Verwendung von Python, R oder anderen Skriptsprachen
- Entwicklung von Produkten
- Erfahrung mit Prüfmethoden für Leistungskurven (Instrumentierung, Windmessung, Planung, Analyse)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teams aus den Bereichen Technik, Betrieb, Informationssysteme und Bewertung von Windressourcen
- Anleitung anderer Ingenieure bei Datenanalysemethoden und -tools
**Anforderungen**:
- Hochschulabschluss im Ingenieurwesen, Physik oder Mathematik von einer anerkannten Universität oder Hochschule
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Ingenieur*in mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung in analytischen Tätigkeiten und/oder Projekten
- Erfahrung mit Windturbinensystemen und/oder -komponenten bevorzugt
- Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis von SCADA-Daten und Energieerzeugungsmethoden
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Data Mining, Fehlersuche und Berichterstattung
- Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse-, Design-, Datenbank
- und Visualisierungstools (z. B. Python, R, SQL, Tableau)
- Sicherer Umgang mit großen Datenmengen
- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement
- Bereitschaft zum Reisen (bis zu 20 % der Zeit)
- Wunsch nach Kenntnissen in der Technologie des maschinellen Lernens
