We've got a great opportunity waiting for you as an Accounts Receivable Specialist project in a big company in the FMCG industry. The project will run for six months and promises to be quite dynamic with a lot of responsibility in EMEA Finance operations.

DescriptionResponsibilities: Accounts Receivable Specialist (Temporary)This position will mainly focus on resolving issues that arise between clients and the company, including complex investigations related to claims, shortages, price differences, undelivered goods, and more. Sometimes, it may involve meeting or contacting customers directly. Collaborating effectively with the AR Netherlands Team and the Local Sales department to find efficient solutions for any obstacles in a timely manner is crucial.
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing AR processes and systems within the organization; coordinating reporting activities with other departments;
- Serving as a connection point for Accounting, Credit Control, and Collection matters with Customers and Sales teams;
- Tracking Receivables Ageing and communicating well on Collection matters throughout the organization;
- Driving ongoing improvements in processes for better efficiency;
- Actively engaging in daily operations and making necessary interventions when required;
- Handling other tasks related to AR reporting such as annual audit queries, internal controls, etc.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience in roles related to Accounts Receivable administration or Credit Control;
- Proficiency in accounts administration procedures, credit management, and collections;
- Ability to analyze accounting processes and suggest enhancements;
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities;
- Capable of working independently in high-pressure scenarios and meeting tight deadlines;
- Effective time management and organizational skills;
- Good Excel proficiency.
This temporary contract will kick off on your first day and run for 6 months. Your salary will be determined based on your expertise and vary between € gross per month.
