VIRTUAL SALES/OMNI CHANNEL ASSOCIATE

The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80

Lifestyle stores, 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries. Our EMEA Retail team is

passionate, driven, multicultural and has a wonderful international spirit.

Who You Are:
Our Virtual Sales/Omnichannel Associates are reliable, empowered individuals, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You are an effective communicator that delivers an elevated

customer experience. Keen to collaborate, you are a team player with a positive attitude towards

challenges. You feel comfortable in digital contact with customer. This is in-store based role, not

remote.

What You'll Do:

• Achieve virtual sales results through elevated customer engagement
• Build and maintain repeat clientele by inspiring customers with developing continually your

knowledge of current trends and styling techniques

• Drive virtual sales results from store level by utilizing clientele app and all available tools and

technology

• Perform operational tasks with excellence
• Assure entire meaningful virtual customer experience including postpurchase processes:

preparing product for sending, packing, etc

• Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fastpaced store environment
• Collaborate with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results

You'll Need to Have:

• Confidence in delivering exceptional virtual customer experience
• Ability to resolve all client problems quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention of detail and accuracy
• Understanding of virtual sales targets and expectations
• Comfortable with working on the phone and with WhatsApp
• Creativity and skills to create digital content to share with customers
• Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fastpaced, challenging environment
• Able to work on different tasks easily multitasking
• English Language
