We are hiring Representative Agent for an incoming agency in Santa Susana.

The main
responsibilities are:

  • Offer our excursions and other services to the customers.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with local hoteliers and providers.
  • Support our customers with their issues or queries.
  • Support to the assistance of customers at the airport and their transport from the airport to the hotel.
  • Report any changes / inconsistencies found to our main office

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience of one year in a similar position or a degree in tourism.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Hold a driving license cat. B.
  • Advanced level of Dutch, Danish, French, and English is necessary
  • Flexible working schedule.
