Calling all tourism professionals based in Spain We are looking for digital savvy and friendly individuals like you to join our diverse team of Hotel or Service Representatives for Summer 2024.

If you have the right to work in Spain, are a resident of Mallorca, and speak English plus ideally another European language, then keep on reading.

ABOUT OUR OFFER:

• A job at TUI offers more than just a basic salary, which already starts at a competitive gross/year rate.
• If you speak English plus one of the following languages: Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Norwegian, Polish, or Swedish, then your basic salary starts at € gross/year.

For TUI Hotel Representatives, there is an average commission potential starting from 200€ - 600€ per month with no upper limit – the more you sell, the more you earn.

ABOUT THE JOB:

• Embrace the blend of tradition and innovation, shaping the future of travel by assisting guests with our online products & services.
• Meet, coordinate, advise, sell, and solve more complex problems for our international guests, starting with understanding guests' holiday needs and matching them with the right service solution and sales opportunities.
• Monitor and celebrate your success with regular sales target updates and guest feedback results for the service provided in your hotels.

Requisitos:
You genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player, and an overall people person.

Digital proficiency, willingness to learn job demands and technology, and knowledge of our products & services.

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.

A driving license and willingness to drive are advantageous. You should be fluent in English – additional languages will be beneficial.
