La misión de la posición consiste en el desarrollo del área de Operaciones de Registro al Reporte dentro de la Dirección Servicios Económico-Comerciales y Programa S/4 HANA, afrontando los retos de esta y asegurando las operaciones propias de la posición de TIEC que implica colaboración estrecha con el área homóloga de la Dirección Económico-Administrativa de TIEC.

Las oportunidades del puesto son numerosas y atractivas pues el área tiene la ambición de transformar la función económico-administrativa basándose en conceptos como la digitalización y robotización que permitan una mejora de los procesos existentes y la calidad de estos.

La Dirección se enmarca dentro de la Dirección de Servicios Globales en la CFO, siendo uno de los vectores de transformación y cambio de la Compañía.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

Registro y diseño contable de operaciones tanto recurrentes como singulares que se requieran para la elaboración de cierre. Archivo de la documentación soporte de dichos registros.

Realización del

check list de cierre con el detalle de las tareas realizadas y del análisis realizado en las mismas.

Revisión de las conciliaciones de sus sociedades con el resto de sociedades del grupo, analizando las diferencias existentes y proponiendo soluciones a las mismas.

Cierre y revisión de los EEFF de las sociedades del ámbito industrial previo a su carga en BFC para asegurar la exactitud de la información contable generada.

Gestión de los sistemas con objeto de mantener y extraer la información requerida para cubrir las necesidades de reporte tanto internas como externas.

Realización del

reporting tanto interno como externo para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales de las compañías bajo su responsabilidad.

Análisis de los procesos para su mejora y eficiencia, a través de cambios en su ejecución con objeto de simplificarlos, de medidas ofimáticas, o de su automatización y/o aplicación de robots.

Interlocución continua con sus homólogos tanto en la Dirección Económico Administrativa como con el negocio.

Orientación hacia la mejora continua.

Requisitos necesarios:

Grado o Licenciatura (preferentemente en Administración y Dirección de Empresas o Económicas).

Conocimientos contables bajo normativa española e IFRS.

Experiencia profesional en ámbito contable en el cierre de sociedades y en el análisis de Estados Financieros.

Inglés: Nivel B2.

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

Trabajar a nivel de multitarea.

Espíritu de mejora continua.

Vocación de servicio al cliente.

Otros requisitos valorables:

Conocimiento de SAP FI.

Valorable experiencia previa en los negocios industriales.

Conocimientos y destreza a nivel ofimática (principalmente Excel).
