Job Description:

  • Join as an R&D Engineer at the South Europe Technology Center focusing on transformers
  • Part of the R&D Team in Zaragoza, Spain
  • Contribute to projects on the mechanical performance of dry transformers and the overall roadmap execution

Your Responsibilities:

  • Propose and implement standardization projects for factories worldwide
  • Analyze current designs and processes, suggest improvements with new technologies
  • Collaborate with technical experts globally
  • Monitor changes and introduce them into standards
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for tracking changes
  • Provide training and technical support

Your Background:

  • BSc or MSc in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dry-type transformers
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and drawings
  • Ability to use external and internal standards and regulations, make technical judgments
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling and document management systems is a plus
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
