As a Technical Training Manager you will report to the Marketing Country organization, under the Technical and training solutions direction.
Responsibilities
- Provide training courses and technical conferences on product, processes, color and color tools, and demonstrations of repair processes. These training and demonstration actions will be carried out either at PPG training centers, at distributor training centers, associated training centers or at our customer's own facilities
- Develop training tools and materials in collaboration with the Training Manager, the Technical Department and field technicians
Qualifications
- Mandatory experience in the automotive industry, Minimum 5 years
- Experience in bodyshop processes / paint repair processes
- Market and customeroriented, good vision of market needs
- Reactivity, capacity to move fast and take decision to satisfy customers
- Computer/software skills like Color software, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Proficient English
- Flexibility to travel 30% of the time, area scope
