Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar, realizar, analizar, aprobar y emitir informes de ensayos de validación sobre productos terminados (montajes de conjuntos), piezas inyectadas y materiales.

El alcance de la validación incluye:
ensayos fisico-químicos, mecánicos, funcionales (componentes electrónicos) y ópticos.

  • Responsable de llevar a cabo los ensayos de validación de proceso en fase de lanzamiento de un nuevo proyecto y en caso de modificaciones de producto/proceso durante la vida serie.
  • Responsable de planificar, monitorizar y evaluar resultados de las auditorías de producto anuales.
  • Participar junto con el equipo de calidad en el análisis de reclamaciones y nuevos modos de fallo detectado en campo.
  • Asegurar que los cuadernos de cargas y requisitos cliente se cumplen y son respetados durante el proceso de validación y ensayos.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios Ingeniería, licenciatura o grado
  • Experiência previa en laboratorios dedicados a piezas plásticas y/o electrónicas del sector automoción.
  • Conocimientos de interpretación de planos y documentación de ingeniería: Cuadernos de cargas, FMEA, DVP&R.
Conocimiento e interpretación de normas.

Valorable conocimiento en cuadernos de cargas cliente: Stellantis, Reanult, Ford, BMW y Grupo VW.
Valorable conocimientos en óptica y piezas de iluminación para el sector automoción.

  • Idiomas imprescindible nível medioalto de inglés y valorable francés.
