OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO


Organizar y coordinar la preparación de salas y espacios de banquetes y conferencias así como el apoyo en restaurantes cuando sea necesario.


FUNCIONES ESENCIALES

  • Supervisar la realización del servicio a la vista del cliente y del personal asignado a tal efecto.
  • Almacenar y controlar las mercancías y objetos de uso corriente en el ámbito de su área de trabajo.
  • Inventariar las mercancías y objetos en el ámbito del departamento.
  • Asegurar la adecuación de níveles de personal para garantizar el servicio y alcance de objetivos establecidos.
  • Informar de la preparación de la sala para el desarrollo de acontecimientos especiales asegurando el cumplimiento con expectativas del cliente y servicio.
  • Mantener una excelente relación con los departamentos involucrados en la operativa del área (Cocina, sala, economato, housekeeping, decoración, grupos & Eventos).
  • Cuando sea necesario, atender reclamaciones de clientes.
  • Asegurar la confidencialidad de los datos personales de los clientes.
  • Asegurar la coordinación del equipo de banquetes garantizando el excelente servicio al cliente.
  • Inspeccionar la uniformidad del personal antes del comienzo del servicio, y en caso necesario corregir cualquier deficiencia.
Conocer y llevar a cabo una adecuada política de seguridad y salud laboral

CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS DEL PUESTO, CAPACIDADES Y HABILIDADES

  • Experiência en puesto similar de 2 años.
  • Dominio del idioma español e inglés imprescindible, se valorará alemán.
  • Demostrar unos estándares de presencia impecables.
  • Se valorará conocimientos de MICROS
  • Experiência demostrable liderando equipos de trabajo.
  • Capacidad para resolver problemas y toma de decisiones.
  • Tolerancia al estrés
