About the role:

  • Oversee the finance relationship with all UK customers.
  • Manage customer's payroll's setup.
  • Execute direct debit requests for our growing Hastee community.
  • Lead and manage refunds and collections.
  • Track on a weekly basis employer's withdrawals and payments.
  • Assist on the bank accounts conciliation.
  • Bring new ideas on internal processes automation.
  • Have a positive impact on our revenue.
  • Ad hoc projects

Qualifications What We're Looking For**- Business or Economics student/degree.

  • Mandatory native or advanced level in both spoken and written English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong team player who thrives when working to set the team up for success.
  • Selfstarter with problemsolving capabilities.
  • Driven, curious, and solutionoriented.
  • Innovative and adaptable approach suitable for working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Excel

Additional Information

Conditions:

  • Remote first policy (once or twice per week at the office)
  • 300/450 EUR monthly
  • Possibility of parttime or fulltime internship
