Process Technician
Location: Carcaixent/Valencia/Spain

Your Role

• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards related to your job role
• Execute the established production program in the specified order
• Manage the production and packaging process of probiotics under GMP environment
• Operate machines as per approved procedures and proper training
• Ensure training for all assigned tasks
• Perform process controls and record them in SAP, MES, and/or DeltaV
• Weigh raw materials and prepare media
• Monitor Upstream & Downstream biotechnological process
• Perform tasks such as Fermentation, Centrifugation, Freezing, Drying, Collection, Grinding, and Packaging
• Conduct laboratory techniques and operate lab equipment following operational procedures
• Lead shift handover to incoming team
• Clean machines and rooms following approved procedures and training
• Adhere to dress code and hygiene standards
• Maintain workplace tidiness and cleanliness at all times
• Collaborate with colleagues as a team
• Real-time and manual production process control using DCS, MES, and SAP
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly production meetings (DOR, WOR, MOR)
• Actively engage in work teams focusing on process improvements in production lines
• Follow company policies: Safety, Quality, Environment, and Operations
• Warehouse control and organization
• Goods loading and unloading
• Order preparation
• Ensure daily availability of raw materials, auxiliaries, and packaging for production

Your Profile

• Technical degree in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnological, or related Production Manufacturing
• Knowledge of Spanish (written and spoken); Valencià is a plus
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP, MES, DeltaV)
• Process lines in all production areas
• Hydraulic mechanics
• Pneumatics
• Fitting mechanics
• Operational improvement methodologies (Lean, TMP)
• Laboratory techniques
