estrategia digital de la marca y con sólidas habilidades para
liderar un equipo.





¿Cuál será tu misión?
:

Tu misión será ser el guardián de los
canales digitales (Adquisición, Ecommerce y CRM), y junto con tu equipo,
multiplicar los ingresos generando un impacto significativo en el crecimiento de la marca.


  • Definir y liderar la
    estrategia del Ecommerce, proponiendo y orientando la implementación de nuevas estrategias de
    CRO, UX y Crossselling para alcanzar los objetivos.
  • Crear la hoja de ruta con las necesidades específicas para establecer la estrategia de
    adquisición y retención de leads. Mejorar la experiência de incorporación de FTB, aumentar continuamente el LTV y mejorar la experiência general del usuario en los diferentes canales.

Enriquecer nuestra
base de datos de clientes y posibles nuevos clientes, identificando campañas que generen impacto y participando de manera proactiva con la comunidad.

  • Definir el
    Plan de Marketing y Comunicación
:

  • Liderar y gestionar el
    CRM junto con la agencia externa.
  • Definir y dar seguimiento a los
    OKR, los
    objetivos del departamento y los
    proyectos anuales.
  • Establecer el
    modelo de atribución y análisis adecuado para comprender el perfil y el comportamiento del cliente.
