The role:
As the Paynest Country Manager for Spain (based in Madrid/Barcelona), you are set to spearhead our expansion into the Spanish market, marking a significant milestone in our journey. Your role will be pivotal in launching Paynest's commercial activities across Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch of Paynest's operations in Spain, setting up our footprint in the Spanish employer ecosystem.
- Craft and execute a clear go-to-market strategy that leverages partnerships, direct sales, and other channels to introduce Paynest's innovative platform to Spanish businesses and their employees.
- Collaborate closely with Paynest's leadership to pinpoint and seize new strategic and commercial opportunities, aligning with our mission to improve company's inefficiencies, while always taking care of their employees.
- Achieve and exceed growth targets on a monthly and quarterly basis by being proactive, innovative, and strategic.
- Navigate the dynamics of the Spanish market with agility, adapting strategies in response to market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory changes.
Ideal Profile:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English are a must.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and negotiate effectively across diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by process efficiency.
- Exhibits a high degree of motivation and a results-driven approach, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing growth objectives.
- Demonstrates adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and ever-evolving business landscape.
- Madrid/Barcelona based.
