The Financial Accountant will be responsible for handling full accounting, timely accounts closing and related job scope.

The holder of this position will support financial decision-making by overseeing financial information and tax payments and assisting in internal audits.


Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Perform general ledger and A/P accounting to ensure accurate booking
  • Involve in monthend closing
  • Monthly intercompany reconciliation
  • Travel expenses accounting management in Concur
  • Record and review fixed asset registration
  • Assist in statutory audit
  • Assist to A/R department with collection activities and incident invoice resolution
  • Monitor SII cockpit to resolve submission errors to Tax authorities
  • Phone lines management (Request mobile phone lines)
  • Car fleet management
  • Maintain digital archive

Qualification & Skills:

  • Academic degree in finance, accounting or similar
  • 35 years of relevant work experience in multinational company
  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team work plus good communication with internal and external parties
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Good command of spoken and written English
