Job Description
We are seeking experienced Backend Engineers to join our dynamic Tech team. In this role, you will be involved in developing distributed systems, particularly focusing on our flagship product, SaaS, designed for managing healthcare facilities. We have multiple openings across 4 teams, each with similar requirements.
Qualifications
What expertise and competencies are essential for excelling in this role?
- Extensive proficiency in .NET/C#
- Familiarity with SQL and ideally NoSQL databases
- Fearlessness in designing intricate features within a scalable framework
- Dedication to enhancing code quality, complexity, and efficiency
- Valuing testing as much as coding itself
- Adaptability to Agile, high-autonomy team environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and embrace changes
- Prioritizing understanding user needs and product management
- Interest in the business context of a project
- Strong collaborative and problem-solving aptitudes
- Proficiency in expressing ideas fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
- Growth mindset with a willingness to grasp new concepts and methodologies
Bonus points
- Experience in DevOps Culture
- Knowledge of queues and messaging systems (e.g. Azure queues or RabbitMQ)
- Background in scalable distributed cloud systems
- Familiarity with virtualization tools and container orchestration like Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in TDD, DDD, and extreme programming practices
- Proven track record in product-oriented, data-driven environments
