About the Position


This role reports directly to the Vice President of Product Delivery Operations and is part of a supportive, experienced team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive successful delivery of technical projects/initiatives from project initiation to completion
  • Work closely with project team members on their commitments, milestones, resources allocations, and deliverables during projects/initiatives
  • Understand how our internal partner/stakeholder teams operate in order to manage priorities and deliveries of highquality solutions in alignment with the product vision
  • Effectively communicate objectives, project milestones, status, and dependencies in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and management
  • Identify roadblocks, issues and anticipate risks that may inhibit overall project progress and/or release success and report/escalate them to the appropriate stakeholder(s)
  • Contribute to a positive team environment where equity and inclusion are highly valued

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communications
  • Project management involves leading teams from different departments who may not be used to working together. Members may have different skills and may be expected to bring something unique to the table. A communicator who can provide clear instructions and expectations for their teams will increase work productivity and efficiency.


 Time Management Skills
  • The ability to manage time and prioritize tasks is an essential characteristic of efficient project managers


 Problem-Solving Skills
  • With the help of your project team and management support, the ability to propose and identify solutions to resolve challenges potential or already impacting the project


 Leadership Skills
  • The ability to influence others in a positive manner to achieve project goals.

Effective project managers tend to be excellent decision-makers and are able to delegate responsibilities to the team members most equipped to handle them.


  • Datadriven, relying on it to make decisions; but also capable of moving forward without it. Ability to establish Key Performance Indicators based on available metrics.

Experience:

  • Experience with Agile software development principles and methodologies as well as Agile Development tools such as JIRA and Confluence is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience of experience leading software development or operations projects

  • Language Requirements: Spanish and English
  • Preferred office Location: Bilbao, Spain
