Are you a fluent Dutch speaker and have a passion for human resources? We are seeking a fully remote, Nederlands Sprekende Recruiter to join our global team. The world is your office as this position allows you to work from any location. We offer a comprehensive 4-month training program in Athens, Greece, with all expenses covered, including a full relocation package.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various roles within our organization. Your daily tasks will involve conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. You will also be responsible for improving our recruiting strategies and procedures, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent. Strong communication and organizational skills are key to success in this role.
