Requisitos

Ingeniero j. con formación técnica acreditada.
Experiencia previa en manejo de soporte en Genesys Cloud.
Conocimientos de SQL.

Funciones

Configuración básica del Tenant como creación de usuarios skills grupos de trabajo etc.
Soporte a usuarios finales (problemas con el softphone acceso a reportes grabaciones plantillas etc).
Soporte/configuración de dashboards y servicios en tiempo real.
Customización de scripts.
Cambios flujos Architect.
Creación de nuevas campañas de marcación saliente.
Cambios de configuración en campañas.
Soporte para informes y extracción de información.
