Tu papel:

Reportando al/la responsable de tienda, serás uno/a de los/as líderes de nuestro equipo y uno/a de los/as embajadoras de nuestra marca junto a tu equipo.

Coordinarás y gestionarás el equipo junto al/la Encargada para lograr el el buen funcionamiento de la tienda.

Llevarás a cabo junto a la Encargada la gestión administrativa y del stock de la tienda.


Tendrás en tus manos, un espacio que debe transmitir fielmente la filosofía e imagen de la compañía, en el que tu trabajo es el paso final del proceso creativo: transmitir a la gente quiénes somos, cómo lo hacemos, cómo es nuestro producto.

¿Cómo te imaginamos?

  • Tu capacidad para motivar y guiar a tu equipo será fundamental para alcanzar nuestros objetivos de ventas.
  • Resolutivo/a proactivo/a, flexible y con buenas habilidades sociales.
  • Qué te apasione la moda, disfrutes trabajando cara el público, en equipo y con una clara orientación a ventas.
  • Tu experiência en el sector retail será muy valorada.
  • Tus conocimientos de KPI's comerciales serán claves en tu rol.
  • Necesario idiomas, preferiblemente Inglés.
