En nuestra tienda JACK & JONES ubicada en el Centro Comercial VILAMARINA estamos buscando un/a ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER para que junto con nuestra Area Manager Genny y equipo garanticen el éxito de JACK & JONES.

Creemos que nuestros equipos son la esencia de nuestro negocio y, como ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER, estarás muy involucrad@ en el desarrollo de nuestro personal y en el funcionamiento de nuestras tiendas.

Gran parte de nuestro éxito se lo debemos a nuestro personal y a la capacidad de saber dirigir un buen negocio.

Eres independiente, orientad@ a resultados, tienes un enfoque estructurado para el trabajo y mentalidad ganadora. Para nosotros es importante que tomes la iniciativa, te centres en las soluciones en lugar de en los problemas y motives a tu equipo de este modo. El éxito lo crean tus esfuerzos y los de tu equipo.
