You will be part of the people team at the Support Hub Barcelona, the team that looks afterour people We are looking for an outgoing office manager who will be the face of our office in Barcelona.

First impressions count, which means this role is key in spreading good vibes across our office. We are looking for someone with a hospitality mindset to run our front desk and office smoothly. It's your goal to create the best and happiest workplace experience for our team members.

What You'll Do:

As our office manager you:

  • Run our front desk & office smoothly and you make everybody feel at home
  • Are the first point of contact for all things regarding office, suppliers & facilities
  • Follow up on our house rules and make sure all spaces in the Hub look neat and tidy
  • Support our teams with incoming mail, sending out packages, and placing orders
  • Are responsible for office stocks, F&B, visitor registration, parking, and meeting room management
  • Continuously improve our ways of working at The Hub
  • Maintain and update office documentation and systems
  • Organize exciting community experiences and events

What You'll Have

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • An incredible passion for hospitality
  • A drive to connect with people
  • Attention for detail
  • You have excellent time management and communication skills in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • You are all about thinking about solutions and thinking out of the box
  • Availability to work parttime.
