We are looking for an Accounting Trainee for our Accounting department reporting to the Head of Accounting and giving support to the whole Accounting Team.


Main responsibilities:

  • Accounting and administrative responsibilities:
  • Reception and posting of cost invoices
  • Invoicing reclamation
  • Issuing of Income invoices
  • Control of Accruals
  • Reconciliation of vendor accounts
  • Accounting Reports
  • Intercompany reinvocing
  • Control of expenses accounts
  • Attending phone calls with providers
  • Others administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of accounting (Spanish accounting rules)
  • Administrative knowledge
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
  • Office tools proficiency (mainly Excel)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Studies in finance/accounting area or similar
  • Experience using
    NAVISION or other accounting international systems is a plus
  • Determine the work priorities, take decisions and perform actions accordingly
