Country Sales Manager Mexico

Our client is an European company that designs and manufactures detection-based solutions, the associated connectors and wiring splitters for automated systems and for control equipment, mainly for Automotive Industry in metal working, vehicle bodies, mechanical parts, engines and gearboxes.
In order to achieve the growth objectives in Mexico, we are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the commercial activity in Mexico.
We look for a Sales Manager based in Spain or Europe who will engage the company firstly in Madrid and will later on relocate to Mexico.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans that meet the company's goals and objectives created in partnership with the Sales Manager of the Hispanic World and Eastern Europe.
Achieve the sales goals visiting key customers.
Manage customer relationship through the sales team assuring that they meet the organizational sales goals.
Recruit and develop a team of sales people to manage existing customers and prospect for new ones.
Organize all departments in the subsidiary to work in concordance with the goal to achieve, and to correctly develop the daily tasks.
Ensure commitment to and compliance with all laws and regulations throughout the organization and assure that sales team work according to the company rules in terms of communication, confidentiality, and work methodology.
Requirements:
Technical background and Sales experience:
Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic
More than 10 years of consolidated experience as Sales Manager, preferable with technology and solutions for control equipment and machinery into the Automotive Sector, supporting their engineering and maintenance teams.

Native
English:
at least B2 level
Others:
Willing to be permanently relocated to Mexico.
Willing to travel extensively within Mexico (70% of the work time must be on customer visits)
