Location:
Remote position in Spain. No sponsorship available.
Tasks:
- Onboarding and Integration: Engage with stakeholders and teams to grasp product context, and contribute to solving real issues.
- Product Development: Code production-ready applications, handle deployments, and take part in backend microservices development.
- Ownership and Maintenance: Manage architecture components, offer support, monitoring, and maintenance, ensuring functional testing with the QA team.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Python development and building REST APIs using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or similar.
- Experience with relational and no SQL databases, cloud platforms such as AWS, document-oriented databases, software testing methods, and CICD tools like Jenkins.
- Strong interest in continuous learning, teamwork, and problem-solving in an agile setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of search databases like Elasticsearch, Vespa, Solr, or equivalent.
- Experience with high availability, scalability challenges, side project development, and a keenness for technology innovation.
