Job Objectives:
- Encourage best practices through support, advice, and training across the school community, focusing on the Continuum PYP, MYP, and DP.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and deliver engaging courses following the school curriculum, IB guidelines, and language instructions in English.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum content and assessment strategies.
- Monitor student progress, prepare evaluations, and maintain accurate records.
- Create a positive learning environment aligned with IB principles and school policies.
- Provide individual and group support to students, integrating technology in teaching.
- Prepare students for exams and engage in school-wide events and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Relevant university degree and teaching certification.
- Proficiency in English (native or near-native level).
- European Passport or the right to work in EU member states.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in international education.
- Familiarity with MYP and/or DP programmes.
- Ability to teach in Spanish.
