Misión

Entendimiento total del producto (Precio, Producto, Canales, Promoción) con orientación también al cliente. Es responsable de asegurar que ofrecemos una oferta competitiva.

Crea una visión integral del producto y nuestros servicios, considerando información interna y externa que nos permite determinar las nuevas funcionalidades, estrategia de precios, identificar nuestros target, desarrolla alianzas estratégicas para fortalecer nuestra oferta y posicionamiento.

Objetivo


Identificar y trasladar la estrategia de producto, siempre desde un punto de vista global, para mantener alineado el departamento de producto con las áreas de Business Development, Preventa, Proyectos y CSM.

Funciones

  • Identifica las necesidades del mercado, especificaciones del producto, para la planificación de las nuevas características o modificaciones del Software.
  • Entiende el sector de nuestros clientes para orientar sus necesidades y prioridades.
  • Crea nuevos procesos, procedimientos, para traducir las necesidades del mercado a los diferentes equipos de desarrollo, dirigir el desarrollo de documentos de requisitos cada vez más adaptados a nuestras necesidades.
  • Dirige, planifica, y dimensiona el equipo para la ejecución de las nuevas características del producto o evolutivos.
  • Coordina y gestiona a sus diferentes equipos en las labores de conectar con las necesidades de mercado, identificar prioridades, análisis funcionales, redacción de requisitos, testing, IU/UX y otras tareas funciones necesarias.
  • Definir flujos de trabajo entre todos sus equipos que resuelvan problemas a nuestros clientes.
  • Identifica y supervisa cuáles son los estándares de calidad contrastando desarrollos técnicos con requisitos funcionales a través del propio departamento de QA.
  • Tiene contacto directo con los clientes a través de la gestión del departamento de CSM. Decide objetivos del departamento, supervisa procesos y procedimientos, dimensiona los equipos en función de los resultados definidos.
  • Supervisa y toma decisiones en base al NPS de la compañía. Identifica y toma como propios los objetivos de la compañía al respecto.
  • Identifica y supervisa cuál es el plan estratégico de formación para los clientes. Diseña los objetivos de formación a corto y largo plazo, supervisando la ejecución del mismo.
  • Dependencia del CTO, aunque antiene la interlocución con el CEO y las distintas áreas de negocio, participando en las decisiones estratégicas y toma de decisiones de la compañía que afectan a todos los departamentos de su área.
  • Mantiene la relación con los diferentes player del negocio (clientes, partner, distribuidores, asociaciones sectoriales,...)
  • Colabora con Revenue (Marketing y/o Comercial) para preparar lanzamientos de novedades del producto.
  • Gestiona prioridades, entendiendo y solucionando tensiones entre necesidades de mercado y la marcha interna del desarrollo.
  • Mantiene actitud positiva, mentalidad empresarial, e impulsa el trabajo por objetivos y la mejora continua.

Requisitos:

Perfil profesional

  • Formación como Product Manager.
  • Conocimiento sector de energías renovables.
  • Experiência en la gestión y desarrollo de productos en la nube como SaaS (Software as a Service).
  • Experiência en la dirección de un equipo multifuncional, con capacidad de cambio entre el pensamiento analítico y el creativo.
  • Entender nuevas funcionalidades dentro de un conjunto global.
  • Conocimiento de la experiência del usuario y de las necesidades del negocio.
  • Experiência en diferentes metodologías de desarrollo.
  • Base tecnológica.
