Solutions Engineer

Responsabilidades
Como Solutions Engineer asumirás las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Project management de implementación de soluciones locales e internacionales con foco en el desarrollo técnico de la solución.
- Aportar valor, soporte técnico y seguimiento en proyectos en fase test, piloto y arranques tanto locales como internacionales.
- Insight de mercado e ideación para identificar nuevas necesidades de clientes.
- Soporte a cliente de las soluciones implementadas.
- Seguimiento implementaciones a clientes durante su ciclo de vida, con revisión del cumplimiento de indicadores de servicio y funcionamiento frente a objetivos (productividades, costes, níveles de servicio, tiempo de reacción, etc.)
- Forecast de soluciones, gestión de compras y control de inventarios
- Gestión incidencias técnicas
- Soporte en negociación con los proveedores y en la planificación de las operaciones.
- Definición y mejora de los procesos de Servicio de Asistencia Técnica
- Aporte de valor en la mejora continua de soluciones y sistemas de gestión
¿Qué estamos buscando?
- 3 a 5 años de experiência contrastada con plataformas internas y externas en el área de operaciones y coordinación de servicios de atención al cliente.
- Título universitario de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Organización Industrial, Ingeniería Biomédica o ADE. Se valorarán estudios de máster
- Nível de inglés alto (Advanced)
