Security Detection Engineer

The impact you will have:
- Build detectionascode in Python using the Databricks PySpark engine with clean code and unit tests.
- Help manage a highassurance operational environment serving US Government customers.
- Write documentation and analysis notebooks to guide Incident Response.
- Take feedback well, and give feedback in an environment of mutual respect and aid.
What we look for:
- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or another technical field.
- 1+ years of school, personal (such as an open source project) or professional experience with Python and Git/GitHub.
- A demonstrated interest in Information Security through your school or personal projects, intern experience, or work experience in at least one of: Network security, Host/Disk analysis, Application/Log analysis, Memory/Malware analysis, Endpoint security
- Some contact with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Government information security and federal contractor regulations, including Department of Defense Cloud Computing Security Requirements for Impact Level 6 Cloud Service Provider personnel, and facilitate compliance with other regulations such as FedRAMP High baseline, and requirements of certain federal contracts, this role is open to United States citizens on United States Soil only.
