Job Requirements Que Ofrecemos:
Incorporación al equipo de Regulatory Affairs de una compañía de reciente creación con foco en la mejora de la salud integral de la mujer.
Involucración en las actividades diarias del departamento, destacando las siguientes funciones: 1.Colaboración en la preparación, presentación y seguimiento de las variaciones, tanto administrativas, como de etiquetado y calidad y su posterior gestión tras recibir aprobación, manteniendo estrecha sinergia con la organización local y regional.
2. Soporte y elaboración en la creación de artworks y mock ups. 3. Elaboración de traducciones y revisión de las mismas. 4. Apoyo en el mantenimiento de las bases locales y bases de datos corporativas de la compañía. 5. Soporte y colaboración en el flujo del proceso de Suministro de medicamentos No Registrados en España. 6. Apoyo y colaboración en las comunicaciones a las Autoridades Sanitarias locales de posibles faltas de suministro. 7. Colaboración en la mejora y simplificación de procedimientos locales dentro del departamento. 8.Soporte en el seguimiento de productos competitivos y su comunicación a la filial local, así como de cualquier actualización en la legislación/regulación que pueda ser de interés.
9.Conocimiento de los requisitos regulatorios locales, la normativa española y europea, todas las directrices españolas/europeas pertinentes y políticas y procedimientos de nuestra empresa, colaborando su implementación en nuestros productos.
Beca remunerada a jornada completa de un año de duración (6 meses + 6 meses). Formación inicial durante los primeros días para que puedas conocer la compañía, nuestra cultura, valores y forma de trabajar. Formación continua en las actividades regulatorias, adquiriendo nuevos conocimientos y asentando lo aprendido.Asignación de un tutor/mentor durante toda tu beca que seguirá en tu desarrollo y al que podrás acudir en todo momento.
Evaluaciones con el objetivo de mejorar tu rendimiento, revisar tu desarrollo y recibir un feedback bidireccional. Flexibilidad en términos de jornada laboral (tras la formación inicial).Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Farmacia, Química, Medicina o Biología (o equivalente). Máster en Industria Farmacéutica o en Regulatory Affairs. Conocimientos altos de inglés (tanto oral como escrito). Alto nivel de atención al detalle y organización. Buena capacidad de interlocución y relación personal, alta motivación y capacidad de aprendizaje. Lugar de trabajo en Madrid. Conocimientos altos de aplicaciones informáticas (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
