Als Dutch Speaking Recruiter werk je volledig op afstand vanuit elke locatie in de wereld. Je dagelijkse taken bestaan uit het identificeren en benaderen van potentiële kandidaten, het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en het onderhouden van relaties met zowel kandidaten als klanten. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en implementeren van wervingsstrategieën, het begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het gehele sollicitatieproces en het onderhouden van de database. Naast deze taken krijg je de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen ons bedrijf.

Vereisten- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
- Ervaring in werving en selectie is een pluspunt.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om relaties op te bouwen.
- De bereidheid om te reizen voor een 4 maanden durende training in Griekenland.
