We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Lead to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our RGM and Digital Commerce strategy, ensuring that our products and services are meeting the needs of our customers and driving revenue growth for the company.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive RGM and Digital Commerce strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

Lead the development of new products and services that meet the needs of our customers and drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends and incorporate these insights into product development and marketing strategies.

Work closely with the Technology team to ensure that our technology platforms and tools are meeting the needs of our customers and delivering value to the business.

Monitor and analyze product performance and use data insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications:
BS (any discipline) or MS in Business Analytics/Statistics/Economics or MBA in marketing or equivalent from top tier University
Strong understanding of RGM and Digital Commerce strategies, trends, and best practices.
Proven track record of developing and launching successful products and services.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
