ERM is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our combined Central and Southern Europe Business Units' recruitment delivery, covering Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and The Netherlands.


Reporting to the Regional Director you will sit as part of the Regional TA Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in building a high-performing team across the Business Units whilst also being responsible for recruiting certain roles aligned with our organization's values and sustainability-focused mission.

As our organisation has scaled at pace, we are a developing function with huge passion and drive.

You will need to be able to balance rolling up your sleeves with strategic influence as we embed best practice and build partnership with stakeholders to achieve business goals.


The role will ideally be based out of one of the following ERM's offices: Milan, Barcelona or London (although other ERM offices across Europe might be considered), and we offer flexible working arrangements.

About you


You have significant depth in recruiting capability and outstanding leadership and people development skills, ideally with experience managing a dispersed, cross-cultural and remotely based team.


A research-based approach to recruitment is an essential requirement for this role as you will need to leverage market data and tell stories to influence hiring decisions.


Prior experience in technical, consulting and/or scientific related skills ideally in the environmental, civil engineering, oil & energy and/ or management consulting industry sector is beneficial but not essential.

Fluency in English is essential and native or full working proficiency in Italian and Spanish will be an advantage.
