About the Role - Join Us as a Level II UX Researcher

If you are passionate about UX research, then we have an exciting opportunity for you. In this role, you will be the linchpin of our prototyping team, orchestrating and overseeing all UX research initiatives. Your responsibilities will span from coordinating research activities to gathering and analyzing crucial data.

  • Engage with qualified customers to take part in our research undertakings based on predefined criteria and project schedules.
  • Organize and motivate research participants efficiently.
  • Handle participant recruitment diligently to maintain a balanced participant pool.
  • Contribute to discovery sessions, user interviews, and usability tests by documenting key insights and observations.
  • Aid in dissecting research findings, extracting valuable patterns, and insights from various data sources.

Skills and Qualifications Needed

  • Background in UX research, market research, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in a range of UX research methodologies like usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
  • Sharp analytical skills with a proactive approach to enhancing product user experiences.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, adept at customer interaction, and communication.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams comprising researchers, designers, and developers.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools, Slack, and Jira for enhanced productivity.
