Técnico / Técnica de Metrología


Actualmente seleccionamos un Técnico o Técnica de Metrología para una posición permanente en el área de calidad de nuestra planta de La Pobla de Vallbona.


El Técnico o técnica de Metrología formará parte del equipo de calidad de Celestica, garantizando la disponibilidad y precisión requerida de todos los equipos de medida y control con la finalidad de asegurar su uso en producción y en nuevas industrializaciones.

Esta posición reportará directamente a la Directora de Calidad.

Conocimientos y competencias:

  • Conocimiento de un entorno de fabricación electrónica.
  • Requiere una gran aptitud mecánica, incluyendo la capacidad de leer e interpretar dimensiones, tolerancias y notas de montaje.
  • Conocimiento en programación de CMM y calibraciones
  • Conocimiento en ISO 2859 o similares
  • Conocimiento en IATF 1694
  • Nociones de inglés
  • Capacidad para solucionar problemas de forma estructurada y lógica.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente, tanto verbalmente como por escrito, con una amplia variedad de clientes internos y externos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Programar, configurar y manejar CMM para realizar mediciones complejas y precisas de materiales y piezas
  • Escribir y modificar los programas de CMM existentes y crear otros nuevos según sea necesario
  • Verificar la conformidad de las piezas con las especificaciones
  • Experiência en CAD 3D o similar para trabajar con archivos nativos STEP e IGES para comparar
  • Realizar inspecciones detalladas del FAI de las piezas de prototipo y de producción
  • Utilizar una variedad de instrumentos de medición
  • Interpretar los datos de salida de las mediciones y los datos gráficos
  • Crear y realizar GR&Rs y estudios de correlación según sea necesario.

Experiência y formación:

  • Formación profesional grado superior en área relacionada (o equivalente).
  • Al menos 2 años de experiência con el manejo de los programas y sistemas de medición descritos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.
