Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive French Speaking Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Barcelona.

This onsite position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and culturally rich city engaging with clients from diverse industries in the Frenchspeaking market.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about technology possess outstanding communication skills and have a keen drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

This role provides a platform for professional growth offering extensive training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and pain points and propose tailored software solutions. Regularly engage with clients through calls emails and meetings to build rapport and trust. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements. Ensure timely followup on leads proposals and contract negotiations. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement. Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges. Prepare and present regular sales reports including forecasts performance analysis and market feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Language Proficiency:
Native French speaker with a strong command of English (B2 level or higher)

Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

Experience:
Prior sales experience particularly in the software industry is advantageous but not required. Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions.

Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving capabilities. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
