Advocate for the optimization of Salesforce, Ironclad, and other systems integral to Revenue processes with a perspective to enhance the merchant and revenue organization's processes and experiencesStreamline CPQ functionality to effectively track pricing data relevant to contractsStreamline contract processes across our CLM, CRM, and data systemsTrack new Ironclad and Salesforce product and technical capabilities during new product releases and acquisitionsWork on complex development projects, implementing well-architected solutions to streamline our processes across applicable systemsDevelop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of tech stack optimization initiativesCollaborate with Business Systems teammates to manage deployment processesExecute test plans to ensure new features meet quality standardsProvide estimates and project plans for work you are leading
What We Look For:
BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degreeExpert level proficiency in and Salesforce CPQ2+ years of experience configuring Ironclad or comparable CLM toolsIronclad CLM Core Administration badge or CLM certifications from similar vendors2+ years of experience developing with ApexUnderstanding of Agile methodology2+ years of experience developing with Workato or other integration-platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) toolsA strong understanding of legal operationsCore Pardot experienceExperience with Salesforce OmnistudioSalesforce Advanced Administrator certificationSalesforce Platform Developer I and II certificationsSalesforce CPQ Specialist certificationIf you got to this point, we hope you are feeling excited about the job description you just read.
