The role:

Act as the point of contact for international BPO customers in the Nordic region. Report to the Team Manager and contribute to delivering top quality and efficiency for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for international customers.
  • Coordinate customer meetings and follow up on Nordic payroll obligations.
  • Advise customers on payroll and related legal questions with expert support.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Optimize processes and drive continuous improvements.
  • Support Sales in presales activities and new customer implementations.

Who you are:

  • Strong interest in payroll and HR.
  • Excellent communication skills, stressresistant, and customeroriented.
  • Commercially minded, analytical, and proficient with software.
  • Methodical and organized with a positive mindset and sense of humor.
  • Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English are madatory.
