Descripción de la ofertaEn OGA ofrecemos posición de diseñador/a de producto digital UX/UI (User Experience - User Interface) con más de tres años de experiencia, especialmente en UI, para unirse a nuestro equipo, donde desarrollamos productos que aportan soluciones innovadoras y disruptivas en el ámbito de la industria, la logística, el retail, la salud, etc.

Como Diseñador/a de Producto en OGA jugarás un papel crucial en la concepción y desarrollo de productos, desde la estrategia de negocio y la definición de objetivos del producto, hasta el diseño de experiencias centradas en el usuario.

Tu rol será esencial para llevar nuestro sistema de diseño al siguiente nivel.

Trabajarás estrechamente con equipos multidisciplinares, incluyendo gestores de proyectos y productos, investigadores y equipos de marketing, para asegurar que nuestras soluciones y entregables no solo sean viables desde una perspectiva de negocio, sino también valiosas, factibles y atractivas para nuestros clientes.


Responsabilidades del puesto:

Colaborar con la dirección de la empresa y los Product Managers de OGA para establecer objetivos alineados con la estrategia del negocio.

Realizar investigaciones estratégicas y de usuarios para comprender el paisaje de la industria, identificar puntos de dolor de los usuarios.

Evaluar y evolucionar el sistema de diseño existente en OGA conservando la imagen de marca.

Crear guías de estilo y establecer pautas de diseño para asegurar coherencia entre los diferentes productos y comunicaciones internas y externas.

Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de producto, y apoyar activamente en la implementación de las mejores prácticas de UI, para garantizar las buenas prácticas de diseño, su evolución, y la usabilidad del producto.

Ajustar los nuevos requisitos funcionales al look and feel de la plataforma focalizándose en asegurar que tanto su emplazamiento como funcionalidad son los más apropiados para garantizar la usabilidad de la herramienta.

Trabajar creativamente, desde la ideación hasta la producción, aportando un enfoque centrado en una experiencia de usuario sólida.

Diseñar software, aplicaciones y sitios web, con sistemas de diseño bien documentados, en colaboración con el equipo, manteniendo en todo momento la imagen de marca y mostrando especial interés en la experiencia de usuario.

Crear prototipos interactivos y colaborar en el diseño y lanzamiento de productos, adoptando un papel activo en el diseño de la experiencia de usuario en presentaciones o dashboards llamativos.

Encontrar puntos de mejora en los productos actuales y trabajar para convertirlas en herramientas intuitivas y fáciles de usar por los clientes objetivo.

Título universitario en Diseño Gráfico, Diseño de Interacción, Diseño de Productos Digitales u otro campo afín. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en diseño UX/UI para aplicaciones y productos digitales. Porfolio que demuestre habilidades técnicas y proyectos anteriores exitosos. Dominio de herramientas como Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) y herramientas de prototipado (Sketch, Figma, InVision). Conocimientos sólidos de HTML, CSS y otros lenguajes relevantes. Experiencia comprobada en diseño de producto o roles similares, con un fuerte enfoque en UX/UI.

Valorable:
Tener experiencia en el trato con clientes y haber colaborado en perfilado de usuarios y creación de journeys.

Tener experiencia trabajando en proyectos utilizando metodologías ágiles (SCRUM, Kanban).Tener experiencia prototipando tus ideas y diseños para hacerlos más fáciles de presentar.
